Pointeract is a minimalistic gaze-style, MIT licensed interaction toolkit for VR and AR projects (but not exclusively) for Unity 3D. It aims to offer essential functionalities like: have an object in scene react to pointing and triggering teleport to another location pointer feedback Pointeract is slim and efficient and can work in bundle with other SDKs.

Eyekandy offered me this great opportunity in 2017. The directors had paved the road to create a feature-rich app that used AR to enable an innovative shopping experience focused on tech products. I helped engineering at a very early stage, taking critical decisions on both front-end and back-end sides. Using Unity 3D I made a fast prototype of the app which helped to get the initial investment. I then went on developing until the first iOS published version.

The project originated from a collaboration with Benjamin Kofler’s and Federico Modica, after they challenged themselves in another extreme slacklining on a massive iceberg. Realer recreated the experience in VR to bring those emotions to you.
